Dawson-Mauldin Construction was founded by a brother and sister team of Sandra Dawson (Mauldin) and Mike Mauldin in 2004. Over the last twenty years, Dawson-Mauldin has completed projects in most types of heavy civil construction including but not limited to: public utilities, grading, paving, structural concrete, tunneling, shoring, bridge construction, Cal-trans, Ag Water, water treatment and sewer treatment.
In 2018 Sandra retired and Mike has continued to operate Dawson-Mauldin LLC with a team of experienced and qualified construction tacticians with a proven track record of finishing strong. Many engineers and clients have complemented Dawson-Mauldin on its fairness and teamwork as well as going beyond what is required to ensure the projects success.
Dawson-Mauldin prides itself in being able to do just about any project, no matter the difficulty, because of its experienced office and field staff. Many key employees have been with the company for over 15 years and have more than 25 years total in the construction industry.
